We have several kinds of anti-bacterial agents to finish different textiles. The mechanism is not the same. Some are medication antibacterial while the others are nanometer antibacterial and physical antibacterial.

The antibacterial effect can be tested in SGS, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Sanitation Test Center of People’s Liberation Army and so on.

1) Types of bacteria: colon bacillus, staphylococcus aureus, pheumobacillus, candida albicans and so on.

2) You can first send us the sample finished by antibacterial agent and the counter sample (both 0.5 m2). We’ll have a test first, if the sample is qualified, we’ll send the samples to the test center together.If the sample is unqualified, we’ll notice you send the sample again in order to save the test fee.

Yes. But the textile had better be first finished by antibacterial agent, and then be finished by water and oil repellent agent. As the textile finished by water and oil repellent can’t be finished by antibacterial agent.

1) The scoured or dyed textile should be fully washed in order not to be affected when being finished without scouring agent, levelling agent, dispersant, osmotic agent and some other agents.

2) The textile should be dried and cured equably. The curing temperature should be above 140℃.

We have several kinds of anti-UV agents. Anti-UV agent HTUV100 is used widely which can absorb 99% ultraviolet radiation. The handle and appearance of the finished textile won’t be affected. The agent is widely used to finish curtain, tent, sun umbrella, summer clothes and some other textiles. The finished textile can protect our skin from ultraviolet radiation. The agent can also increase the light fastness of part dyes.

Lot’s of research points out that dyed textile has higher UPF value than undyed textile. Darker textile has better anti-UV cabability as the transmission of ultraviolet decreases. In usual pratice, the usage should be increased for the light textile.

Flame retardent agent may cause the conglutination of the rolling. So the rolling should be washed every 20000 meters of cloth is finished.
